Our laboratory innovations include the incorporation of Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) in our mix designs. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, asphalt is America’s most reused and recycled pavement material. Of the 100 million tons of asphalt pavement reclaimed every year in the United States, about 75 percent is reused for new pavements. Another 20 percent of RAP is recycled into other highway uses.
