About the Job:
A multilane design-build construction project on SR 10 (Nine Mile Road) from CR 99 (Beulah Rd) to SR 297 (Pine Forest Rd) with the primary goal of increasing traffic capacity by widening the existing roadway from a two-lane undivided rural roadway section to a four-lane divided Suburban roadway section. Improvements include the design and construction of a new bridge over Eleven Mile Creek, ± 3200-ft of sound barrier noise wall, pedestrian sidewalks, multi-basin stormwater conveyance and attenuation system(s) designed to accommodate a future six-lane roadway section, and new traffic signalization. Additional utility improvements include installation of ±35,000-ft of potable water main, ±5,900-ft of gravity sanitary sewer main, and ±7,000-ft of low pressure sanitary sewer main.
